Global AXA GO GSO Asset and Configuration Management is accountable for the management of IT asset data and guarantees the contents and quality of all data in the IT asset repository, currently based upon ServiceNow and Flexera. This includes the definition of processes, roles & responsibilities, governance, escalation matrix and role description. As well as producing KPI's, providing the dashboard and manage escalation. Ensuring a good team spirit inclusive implement continuous improvement and make sure that all objectives are achieved.
The division Group Technology Operations (GTO) aims at designing, developing, and operating Global AXA IT products, delivering them to AXA Entities and the AXA Group, at the right level of quality of service and cost and aligned with business-driven priorities. Its missions can be summarized in four main activities: global product delivery, global product portfolio management, day-to-day operations management, and entities proximity management.
The department / team You will join the Global Service Operation department, within Group Technology Operations (GTO) division. Our department manages day-to-day IT service delivery for AXA on a global scale, in partnership with Group Operations (GO) Global Products Departments, AXA Entities and our external suppliers. IT Asset & Configuration Management is delivering services and dashboard to AXA Go and Entities related to CMDB.
Our main missions:

Ensure unified usage of IT Asset & Configuration Management across all entities and GO.
Accountable for the Data Quality within the IT Asset & Config Mgmt repository.
Ensure operational Data Quality Governance to ensure data quality, share situation, improve access to data information and collect new needs.
Give a transparency view on the data for top management, entities, and data owner to take proper strategic decisions.

YOUR MISSIONS :
As a IT Asset & Configuration Manager your main objective is to ensure data quality for IT assets in the CMDB (ServiceNow).

Manage the lifecycle of IT assets and configurations to ensure optimal.
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with licensing agreements and organizational policies.
Develop and enforce asset management policies and procedures to maintain data accuracy and ensure accountability.
Give transparency on the data quality of the IT Assets/CI's, following the 8 dimensions of data quality, per entity and product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the configuration management database (CMDB) and ensure accurate information for all IT assets and configurations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance asset and configuration management practices.

Main missions
Your responsibilities include:

Maintaining accurate records and inventory of IT assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
Developing and enforcing asset management policies and procedures.
Collaborating with various teams to support the configuration management database (CMDB).
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance asset and configuration management practices.
Providing guidance and support for IT asset-related decisions and activities across the organization.
Staying informed about industry best practices and trends in IT asset and configuration management.
As accountable for data monitoring and data quality, alert on discrepancies and manage actions plans for remediation with appropriate data owners and process updates if necessary.
Define & Publish KPIs related to the 8 dimensions of data quality.
Control usage of Global processes.
Standardize and Industrialized request thru catalog services.
Managing permissions and access to ServiceNow through profile management.
Assume training for requester.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Proficiency in IT asset management tools and software, such as ServiceNow.
Experience on the process relevant topics with gradually increasing responsibility and a demonstrated understanding of processes, products and tools.
Knowledge of configuration management databases (CMDB) and their implementation.
Familiarity with IT asset tracking and inventory management systems.
Understanding of software asset management and license compliance.
Ability to conduct data analysis and reporting related to IT assets and configurations.
Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and best practices.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and components.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerBI or other relevant tools for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent database and spreadsheet skills. Experience using Microsoft Office and Visio to create documents, presentations, and detailed drawings.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies, processes, and organizational needs in the IT asset management space.
Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a structured approach to asset and configuration management.
Leadership: Capability to provide guidance and support to teams and individuals involved in IT asset and configuration management activities.

Fluent English skills.
