If you want to work with us and be part of our team as: IT Asset and Licence Manager Role Takes responsibility for and operation of the Device 42 asset management solution Oversees the full lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware, software, and cloud resources, and maintains accurate records of asset acquisitions, transfers, maintenance, and disposal Implement and enforce policies for the secure disposal of outdated or obsolete assets Monitors and manages software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and regulatory standards Works closely with procurement, legal, and finance teams to track software licensing agreements, renewal dates, and usage patterns Utilizes the asset management software (Device 42) to maintain a centralized inventory of all IT assets incl. servers, clients, network devices etc. Performs regular physical audits to verify the location and status of assets and and derives targeted measures Analyzes asset utilization data to identify opportunities for cost savings and asset optimization Provides regular reports on IT asset utilization, costs, compliance, and performance to senior management Requirements Strong background in asset management or IT procurement Experience with IT asset management tools (preferably Device 42) Strong understanding of IT asset management best practices, software licensing models, and compliance frameworks Knowledge of software licensing laws, including vendor-specific licensing models (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Professional experiences At least 3 years experience in a relevant operational or corporate function Experience with IT asset management tools and software Relevant certifications, such as CITAM are a plus.
