Reporting to the Analytics Technology Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the continuous value delivery of Analytics Technology and Solutions.
You will oversee the sustain, deployment, retirement, and usage of analytics technologies, platforms, and solutions.
You will also ensure the effective and efficient operational support of all analytics technologies, platforms, and solutions (both internally or third-party managed).
The overarching goal of this role is to ensure that quality, efficiency, productivity, and agility goals are achieved at the best value for money.
You will have accountability for all services (in a follow-the-sun operating model) of analytics technology and analytics solutions.
You will build and maintain relationships with product group managers and regional stakeholders.A day in the life of...Manage the analytics technology, platforms, and solutions products 'run' and 'maintain' phases to deliver the committed product business value.Provide technical escalation support for specialists and Nestlé suppliers to ensure service level objectives are met.Define procedures and processes for operations of analytics technology, platforms, and solutions, including the definition of design requirements needed for successful operations.Lead the development of operational aspects for a set of analytical products, and ensure their integration and value delivery within the broader IS/IT landscape.Participate in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities with a focus on suitability for integration with the existing IS/IT operations environment.Provide oversight for supplier relationship management.Enable and foster transversal skills to support analytics technology and solution product groups to ensure operational excellence.Continuous improvement in effectiveness and efficiency of operational support for internally or by third-party managed analytics technology, platforms, and solutions.Foster a business-oriented culture and mindset driven by continual service improvement techniques.Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to peers as part of the operations community.Develop high-performing teams.What will make you successful:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.8+ years of experience in IT, thereof 5+ years in IT Operations.Experience in effectively managing cross-functional teams, influencing key stakeholders across the organization and within complex contexts.Experience in service management principles and execution.Experience explaining technical concepts and technologies.Demonstrated experience in establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics.Preferably proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT operations teams in complex and dynamic environments requiring 24/7 support.Experience in budget planning and financial management.Experience in effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.Join us!#J-18808-Ljbffr
