Within the B2C Product Marketing team, you will assist the CRM team in defining and implementing various customer journeys, both in France and internationally.Your Future Missions: Elaborate the overall strategy for new projects and partnerships.Participate in the creation of journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM.Write communications (emails, SMS, etc.) sent to customers and our partners.Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and provide recommendations to optimize the implemented journeys.You will be using various tools/languages:Marketing Cloud and Salesforce to develop & automate customer journeys.Zapier to automate as many processes as possible through API calls.SQL (Google Big Query) to query our database and analyze the performance of these journeys.Profile Required: You are a graduate of a business school and are looking for a 6-month internship starting from September 2024 or January 2025.
