- Manages and coordinates with UL's larger customers across all related industries.
- Works with sales managers to create strategies that generate revenue growth and achieve booking goals.
- Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues.
- Develops and coordinates executive presentations and debriefings.
- Assists industry leadership in developing global account strategies, goals, and plans.
- Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth, and expansion of services, while sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers.

- May provide work direction to other employees managing specific customer accounts.
- Reads and adheres to the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follows all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
