- Manages and coordinates with UL's larger customers across all related industries.- Works with sales managers to create strategies that generate revenue growth and achieve booking goals.- Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues.- Develops and coordinates executive presentations and debriefings.- Assists industry leadership in developing global account strategies, goals, and plans.- Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth, and expansion of services, while sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers.- May provide work direction to other employees managing specific customer accounts.- Reads and adheres to the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follows all physical and digital security practices.- Performs other duties as directed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
