(Isk-879) - Ettm Retrofit Production Process Leader

Job Description:
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
Production Engineer focused on Build Process / Performance Tracker Adherence in each station. Propose to Foremans actions to balance the resources according to Build Process needs per shift. Ensure no gaps of information between different production shifts to ensure right information transfer and work continuity. Unblock production issues (work orders) and act as the main Trouble-Shooter to accomplish the daily plan. Station Focal Point with ME (System and Process), Quality and the rest of functions involved to solve production issues. Time-Keeper with foreman and overall short-term Planning coordinator of station. Responsible for preparing the next daily tasks and planning of works (people, tools, jobcards and aircraft conditions ready to carry out the job). Support continuous improvement and Operational Excellence in the area. Monitor the relevant KPI, solve deviations from targets and identify major industrial risks. Support the definition of the industrial plan and corrective actions. Support retrofit or maintenance quotation. Assist the foreman in allocating the right worker to the right work according to competencies. Support foreman, HO of Station, and HO of Retrofit. In case of C license, support the Aircraft Release to Service. Qualifications:
Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in Production. Around 5 years of Project and Team Management experience is a plus. Experience in managing people and conflicts. Advanced level in English and Spanish. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to propose new ideas.
