He/she is responsible for proposing the most suitable technical solutions to customer's requirements, whilst ensuring a complete and accurate end-to-end cost estimate and a comprehensive description of the solution proposed.
He/She is responsible to ensure with the rest of the value stream that execution of the project, should it be successful, is aligned with standard design and procedures.
