- Work Language: Fluent Business EnglishThe roleThe IT Program Manager manages a program to ensure it delivers expected business case to the business partner, on time, on budget, on scope, and on quality. This may be clearly defined upfront or may require dynamic and iterative scoping, delivery, and change management (agile program management), adhering to established Program and Project Management methodologies. The role includes structuring the program, planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing it, ensuring quality and integrity of the information across the enterprise. The position holder takes accountability for execution of project parts and manages program-level risks, quality, and procurement while leading the program team.What you'll do
- Establish program structure, defining projects, and implementing agile project methodologies.
- Establish program governance, ensure sponsors are committed, and manage interdependencies between projects within the program scope.
- Direct or approve the use of professional service providers/external suppliers and determine their roles across the program according to IT sourcing strategy.
- Establish a milestones-based program plan, delivered through incremental releases/achievements, alongside a value delivery plan.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in IT and business/industry.
- 5-7 years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs, including agile projects and programs.
- Leadership skills and a track record in developing people, particularly in managing virtual teams
