The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking, and relating.What does this internship consist of?Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.Internship Job Description:You will experience the end-to-end project management process from the initial concept to the project final deployment.DATA & BUSINESS ANALYTICSTraining aims: knowledge on the value of the data management system through the different organizations and importance of the proper data compilation, preparation, and visualization for the analysis.How?Update and maintenance of the current databases for the department as well as improvements proposal.Presentation and dossier creation for explaining results to the different stakeholders and promoting decision making.BUSINESS MANAGEMENTTraining aims: definition of effective processes taking into account new methodologies and comprehension of the different roles during the development of the projects through a global and integrated vision, including strategic, finance, and management aspects.How? Learning to ask optimus questions in order to identify customer/stakeholder/colleagues needs.
