Your role

The IS Service Manager will be in charge of leading ITIL process implementation along the Group to cover business expectations and demonstrate value of IT.

Main functions :
Lead and drive the transformation of the Customer Service in the corporate IT departmentLead new ITSM tool implementation projectPlatform for Growth: apply consistent methodologies for service management to ensure reliable service delivery across the Group.Guiding Principle: eliminate simplify standardize automateDocument IT Processes policies and procedures for the Group and ensure its implementation and continuous improvementCustomer Proximity: develop close proximity to main customers: business key users and country Customer Managers to understand business expectations and demonstrate value of ITOperational Excellence: Prepare and analyse activity reports (Volumetry, SLA compliance, KPIs)Innovation: search for and apply latest technologies for service management in the Group, e.g. Bot, self-service with voice support, AI, etc.Restrictions: follow Group policies and procedures and Group IT Security and IT Quality guidelines. Requirements:
At least 10 years in IT Service Management in international environmentDesirable Experience in IT Consulting (international projects)University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience acceptableEnglish level B2 / C1Technical Knowledge: Management of IT Operations based on ISO 20000, ITIL, with a strong focus on service delivery, optimization and process management.Experience in projects for the implementation and deployment of ITSM tools (Service Now, Ivanti, SMAX, BMC, Jira, etc). In-depth knowledge of this type of tool and the exploitation of its functionalities.Experience in Service management: SLA management and structured Customer Management Processes.Skills: Integration and communication skills in a highly professional team in the IT area, both in the technology and Operations areas.Communication skills. Used to providing training in ITSM tools to IT professionals. Accustomed to deal with internal IT customers.Autonomous person, accustomed to working by objectives and with a clear profile of project management and implementation and management of services.
