We are seeking an IS/IT Analyst to join our global IT finance team within the group reporting and financial consolidation area.
Our team is deploying the latest technologies to better serve our business partners.
We need an experienced professional with a strong IT background in finance, particularly with SAP S/4 HANA, Central Finance, and ideally SAP consolidation solutions such as Group Reporting, FC, BPC, EC-CS, or BCS.
A broad understanding of Record to Report processes, with a focus on reporting, is essential.
The ideal candidate should be curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to complex business environments with international challenges.
They should have strong design capabilities to address various scenarios and complexities, and be able to translate business strategies into IS/IT product requirements, playing a key role in specifying, testing, and deploying these solutions globally.
What you'll do:You will be part of the SAP Central Finance program by translating Nestlé's complex financial processes into the latest innovative financial consolidation and reporting systems.
Your responsibilities will be:
Support the Product Manager in the development of the strategy.Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications.Design and create document training materials for the product area.Deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams.Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain.Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value.Work with IS/IT Product Managers to define the minimum viable product that satisfies the business need and secure that this really provides the desired value.Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.Responsible for identifying security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process and ensure they are considered in the solution design.Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.Work with business partners to conduct paper-based design, solutioning sessions, and MVP taste-testing all along the life cycle from business demand to value delivery.We offer you:We offer more than just a job.
