We are seeking a product designer adept at crafting impactful SaaS solutions, whether for consumer or enterprise contexts. What you'll do:Report directly to a Product Design Manager, ensuring high design quality within your product area.Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering peers to identify and design solutions for diverse product challenges.Conduct UX research to effectively define issues and evaluate the usability of your designs.Prioritize accessibility and inclusivity, upholding the highest standards within your product domain.Actively engage in team planning sessions to ensure clear acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional requirements.Advocate for your designs cross-functionally across Benevity.Cultivate inclusive and collaborative relationships with peers, including designers, product managers, developers, and other team members.Thoughtfully contribute to fostering an inclusive environment for all.What you'll bring:A robust portfolio showcasing proven experience in designing products that deliver tangible outcomes.Experience in designing and delivering products, particularly within the B2B SaaS market.Proficiency in utilizing diverse methods throughout all phases of design thinking.Skill in applying appropriate design patterns for native mobile or responsive web platforms.Strong visual aesthetic, pattern recognition, and attention to detail.Effective communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills, with a capacity for leadership and adaptability.Conducting generative and evaluative research studies independently.Experience in creating solutions compliant with WCAG and other inclusive design principles.Confidence in leading meetings and facilitating workshops.A commitment to cultural contribution and mentoring others.Ability to leverage design tools like Figma to generate insights, develop high and low-fidelity prototypes, and produce developer-ready documentation.A curiosity-driven approach, valuing feedback and promoting inclusivity.Proficiency in Figma.Discover your purpose at work.
