Position Overview: She/He will be specially focused on the following areas:Diversity and Inclusion Responsibilities:Coordinator of the Diversity and Inclusion Commission.Data management: Salary Auditory & Remuneration registration.Equality Plan & Protocols negotiation, publication, and follow-up.Actions to ensure diversity and inclusion awareness and KPIs.Staffing and Recruitment Responsibilities:Recruitment and headcount monitoring and management.Employment Marketing actions coordination.Internships process responsibility.Development Responsibilities:Ensure Competence and Learning Priorities established by the business.Training responsibilities including definition, solution searching, and deployment.Development focal point for employees.Process Coordination:Coordinate and support business in Processes: Potential, Competence Management, Performance & Goals, etc.Change Management and Communication:Responsible for HR including the link with Business projects. She/He will be in constant interaction with Airbus CRISA CEO and Board of Directors, anticipating the needs and supporting the implementation of HR Policies aligning with Business needs.The position requires experience in dealing with Social Partners at the negotiation level.
