What You'll Do: As a member of the IIT Leadership team, you will report to the VP of Internal IT (CIO) and secure IS evolutions consistency and relevance in regard to the company strategy, ongoing business transformations, and IS overall architecture and information management capabilities. You will also manage the Enterprise Architecture tribe. Your scope of activity will encompass:
Managing the EA practice:Continue to develop the EA and its impact on Criteo IS (Information Systems).Communicate the value of Enterprise Architecture and its portfolio of services to IT tribes and business stakeholders.Manage and develop the EA team:Coach and mentor members of the EA team.Ensure the EA team works closely with IS evolution stakeholders in other IIT tribes as well as on the business side when required.Develop, retain and recruit critical skills and enable efficient career paths for EA team members.Drive the evolution of the EA services and operating model.Maintain EA processes and toolsets: EA Governance, EAM repository, Design methods, patterns and templates.Formulate IS Evolution & Improvement Strategy and Guide its execution:Facilitate alignment between business and IT through a collaborative, supportive, and consultative manner.Translate business strategy in terms of Enterprise Architecture implementation roadmap and secure its execution by the tribes to achieve the organization's targeted business outcomes.Coordinate IS long-term evolutions with Product Owners and Tech Leads and build a Long Term (always evolving) map of IS target.Assist and secure EA compliant IT projects portfolio delivery:Assess IS Systems Interfaces match with Business functional needs.Support tribes in designing and building new IS solutions.Build and maintain AS-IS global Information System maps.Facilitate a collaborative relationship across the EA team and the tribes (product owners, tech leads, tribe leaders, and delivery teams).Facilitate IS to Business Innovation:Assess and contextualize innovations and technology trends to anticipate and guide impacts on the organization, the IIT landscape, and IIT operating model.Foster innovation within IIT and collaborate with the tribes to run experiments and new technology Proof of Concept.Who You Are:
Seasoned Information System professional with 15+ years of experience.Ability to switch from Functional to Tech and bridge the gap between a not clearly formalized business transformation strategy and a sustainable and consistent Information System evolution roadmap.Field person who can challenge and coordinate with the tribes to defend Enterprise Architecture best practices and establish a shared vision of Criteo IS evolution path.Curious about how Enterprise Architecture shall adapt to agility and cloud.Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Fluent in English, written and spoken.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Problem-solving mindset.Team-first and customer-oriented mindset.Experience working in an international environment.Who We Are: Criteo is the global commerce media company that enables marketers and media owners to deliver richer consumer experiences and drive better commerce outcomes through its industry-leading Commerce Media Platform.
