His/her mission will be to support the Rare Diseases and Advanced Therapies strategic areas and initiatives at VHIR.
The Project Manager will work with the rest of the team in the design, implementation, and development of several projects and initiatives linked to these areas.
Occasionally, the Project Manager will also provide support to other projects and initiatives of the Scientific Coordination Area and will support strategic institutional priorities in which the Internal Strategy Area is involved.JOB DESCRIPTIONEducation and qualificationsRequired :Master degree or PhD in Health Sciences (preferred but not limited to); Previous experience in advanced therapies (cellular-, gene-, immune- and combined therapies, manufacturing and/or regulatory aspects) and rare diseases biomedical research; High organisational skills.Desired :Project Management studies/courses; Training and experience in GMP/NCF manufacturing environments (e.G.
writing QA documents, managing deviations or performing internal audits); Previous experience in the approval of new processes and/or facilities by the AEMPS; Experience in the quality management of ATMP and approval of new facilities by the AEMPS.Experience and knowledgeRequired :Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management within the biomedical sector; Excellent written and oral communication in Catalan, Spanish, and English; Good command ofMS Office and other computer tools; Personal skills: Well-organised, proactive and dynamic, results-oriented professional with close attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different hierarchical levels of the organisation
