Ipt Engineer - L2 / L3

At Capgemini, we are looking for an IPT Engineer (middle and senior).Responsibilities:Work in a CISCO environment with at least 5 years of experience.Utilize solid knowledge of telecommunications and videoconferencing.Manage the CISCO v12 5 telecom environment including CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, and IPPhone.Handle CISCO videoconferencing CMS endpoints and TMS.Demonstrate knowledge of VMWare v7/v8 and mastery of SIP and H323 protocols.Additional skills appreciated: Kurmi, Kurmi Telisca tools for supervision prognosis, PeterConnects ecosystems.Knowledge of WAN and LAN networks and security.Administration of systems and infrastructures would be a plus.Requirements:English mandatory: Good level of English is necessary (read, spoken, and written).We are very lucky to work in a sector that is leading the evolution towards a sustainable and inclusive future.
