Ipsc Research Technician

Your roleThe candidate will work developing primary cell culture and iPSCs generation from samples of different animal species as well as cell characterization assays.Technical skills required :Experience in molecular and cell biology.Strong tissue culture experience for human and mammalian primary cells andExperience in gene editing.Experience with immunofluorescence, confocal and FACS analysis for cellular characterizations.DNA and RNA extraction.Lab management.Some of these tasks might require working after hours and on weekends.
