As the Global Leader in IoT, we are looking for a highly experienced pre-sales professional to join our team of Global Service Architects. This enterprise customer-facing role focuses on managing complex and strategic IoT opportunities while ensuring the efficient handling of standard IoT solutions. As the subject matter expert for all service-related activities from pre-sales to contract signature, you will lead and participate in customer workshops, covering critical ITIL functions such as service support models, billing, ordering, logistics, and reporting. You will also contribute to proactive and reactive bids, support contract and SLA negotiations, and recommend tailored service propositions. Additionally, you will play a key role in customer onboarding for complex deals, ensuring a smooth transition to delivery, and work closely with Product Management to enhance our global IoT service catalogue. This role also requires a strong ability to drive service excellence across diverse customer engagements.
What you bring: Wide experience in corporate Pre-sales, customer service design, management and or operations, ideally in an Outsourcer or large Service Provider environment. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of commercial models and the ability to craft profitable services. Significant experience in working in multiple teams on a direct or virtual basis. Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication Networks (Fixed, Mobile (3G, 4G, 5G, NBIoT, etc…) Minimum ITIL Foundation (V4) or above with proven operational knowledge and experience.
