We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IoT Administrator to join our dynamic team.

You will be part of a global team and will report to the Program Leader Connectivity.
Your Main Responsibilities Include Testing new firmware releases to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
Documenting software release notes, detailing new features, bug fixes, and improvements.
Managing IoT assets, including tracking, updating, and maintaining inventory.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our global technical support teams.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of IoT solutions.
Monitoring and analyzing system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Staying updated with the latest IoT technologies and best practices.
To Succeed You Need Relevant professional experience or a recent graduation in information technology, computer science, or another relevant field of study.
Strong understanding of IoT technologies and communication protocols.
Experience with firmware testing and documentation.
Proficiency in managing IoT assets and updates.
A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt communication to the target audience and different stakeholders.
Enjoy working autonomously and prioritizing tasks and projects.
A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to support.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written, as it is our internal working language.
Willingness to travel for business if needed.
