If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the latest IoT advancements, this role is perfect for you!You will be part of a global team and will report to the Program Leader Connectivity Your main responsibilities include You will test new firmware releases to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. You will document software release notes, detailing new features, bug fixes, and improvements. You will manage IoT assets, including tracking, updating, and maintaining inventory. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our global technical support teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of IoT solutions. You will monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively. You will stay updated with the latest IoT technologies and best practices. To Succeed You Need You can rely on a (first) relevant professional experience, or you just graduated in information technology, computer science, or another relevant field of study. Strong understanding of IoT technologies and communication protocols. Experience with firmware testing and documentation. Proficiency in managing IoT assets and updates. A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. You enjoy building bridges and can adapt your communication to the target audience and different stakeholders. You enjoy working autonomously and have no problem prioritizing tasks and projects. A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to support. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, as it is our internal working language. You are up for business travel if needed.
