Proven experience in platform and Employee Central implementation with personnel administration, business rules, organizational structure, position management, etc.
Participation in Successfactors roll out projects.
Experience integrating Employee Central with other Successfactors modules.
Advanced knowledge of Time off.
Be accustomed to requirements gathering, design development, scenario and test case preparation.
Be certified in Employee Central.
Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills at functional and technical levels.
Teamwork, leadership, customer focus, results orientation and commitment.
