To participate in all stages of the project - from needs identification until entering contracts - being involved in multidisciplinary teams to reach the best outcomes for each project according to the target goals of the company.ACCOUNTABILITIESDelivering high-level cost savings through negotiation and realization of cost reduction projects.Driving appropriate commercial relationships with suppliers, achieving the lowest total cost of ownership that meets business goals supported by a culture of continuous improvement with cost & performance benchmarks in use.Leading RFI/RFP processes, preparing commercial specifications, centralizing communication with stakeholders, leading negotiations, assessments, and awarding, and managing contract negotiations until closure, reporting, and obtaining company approvals.Conducting commercial analysis to support technical areas in offer analysis: Receive, tabulate proposals, and accomplish the commercial assessment, challenging technical assessments to ensure proposal homogeneity, supporting the technical department in scope optimization through market inputs.Identifying and implementing significant cost savings opportunities.Identifying procurement risks, opportunities, and market forces to avoid potential damage/exploit potential opportunities through risk and change management.Performing Supplier Management, particularly Supplier Development to obtain and develop the best suppliers and ensure an optimum supply chain.Contract Management: Negotiate contracts to obtain the most favorable conditions and coordinate this process with different departments involved (development, legal, risk, engineering, construction).Providing support in the improvement and adaptation of contracts (BOP/BOS, installation, new services, etc.)
