Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about software testing, working on diverse platforms such as desktop, web, and mobile, to deliver high-quality software products. You will be part of the Customer Experience Solutions team, responsible for testing and certifying Casino Management Software solutions, touching every possible aspect of user functionality and internal infrastructure.
As a tester, you will play a key role in the delivery of a best-in-class Casino Management System and Bonusing Software through testing the software against functional and compliance requirements.
ResponsibilitiesWrite and execute test cases ensuring complete coverage of the functionality under test.Report issues discovered through manual testing or automated tests and track them to closure.Verify fixes/new features and analyze the impact to identify the modules needed for regression testing.Setup and configure single site and multisite casino test environments, including deployment and installation of servers, hardware, software, firmware, networking, mobile devices, and slot machines (EGMs) as required by the test plans or standards.Create and maintain Modification Documents for submission to regulators.Estimate testing tasks for projects.Create test plans in Team Foundation Server/JIRA and monitor the progress.Support Accredited Test Facility and Regulators, assisting in testing features and maintaining their test environments.Identify potential areas for automation and develop automation scripts.Monitor performance, memory consumption, and memory leakage issues, using tools to capture and analyze core dumps.Identify and resolve product issues/queries with Engineering, Compliance, and regulatory agencies.Qualifications3+ years' experience in software testing, with over 1 year in API testing.Must have 2+ years of experience in Automation testing, preferably in Cypress or Protractor.Good hands-on experience and understanding of JavaScript.Proficiency in writing test cases from functional specifications, use cases, and business rules.Hands-on experience with Behavior Driven Development on Selenium-Cucumber framework.Good understanding of SoapUI/ReadyAPI and JMeter.Experience in writing SQL queries.Hands-on experience in API test automation through SoapUI, with knowledge of Groovy Scripting.Proficient in communication, both verbal and written.Experience in Casino Gaming/Digital Gaming will be an advantage.Experience with agile development methodology, preferably Scrum.Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Must have strong communication skills, able to work independently and be team-oriented.Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa
