As a member of this central team, your area of influence will extend to all of our internal and external game studios. You will work directly with our Head of Art alongside other area leads.Role Partner with local art leads to develop the visual styles of our games.Design mostly characters but also environments and props while setting a benchmark for excellence.Mentor and teach our artists looking to grow their artistic abilities.Be biased towards speed by making pragmatic choices with the level of polish of your deliverables.Plan ahead, anticipate our exponentially growing concept art needs, and propose strategic solutions to meet the demand.Profile Excellence in all fundamental aspects of Art (anatomy, color, lighting, composition, etc.).Portfolio showcasing your skills as a concept artist, with strong character design abilities and affinity for midcore/casual art styles.8+ years of experience as a Concept Artist in games or relevant industries.Proven passion for mobile gaming and midcore/casual games.Knowledge of the game dev and game art pipelines.Excellent communication skills.Understanding of the mobile gaming market and KPIs, with a data-driven approach when it comes to decision-making.#J-18808-Ljbffr
