King's College, Soto de Viñuelas, world-renowned for academic excellence and student leadership, is seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspiring and ambitious professional to the position of Invigilator to join our teaching team from November 2024.The IB Exams Invigilator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and fair administration of International Baccalaureate (IB) exams. Key duties include supervising candidates during exams, ensuring compliance with IB regulations, maintaining exam security, distributing and collecting exam materials, and addressing any issues that arise during the exam. The invigilator must be vigilant, impartial, and able to handle stressful situations with composure. Attention to detail, punctuality, and clear communication are essential in this role. A good level of English is required for this position (minimum B2).The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluency in written and spoken English (medium-high level)
- Experience in the position tasks
- IT skills
