As an Investor Services Associate at Pinnacle Fund Services, you will:
Be part of a work environment where your work is appreciated, your efforts are recognized, and you are engaged daily.Work with Hedge Fund & Private Equity fund structures.Responsibilities Review and process fund subscription and redemption documents according to funds offering documents and appropriate tax and AML/KYC requirements.Review AML/KYC information as it pertains to investor onboarding in accordance with fund and/or regulatory requirements.Conduct ongoing due diligence with investors and reach out where applicable for missing or expired information.Communicate with investment managers, investors, external parties, and handle other ad hoc requests in accordance with internal policies.Review & process closings for Private Equity Funds.Obtain valid tax reporting forms from investors where Pinnacle provides FATCA / CRS Services.Validate and release investor documents and communications in accordance with investor and fund management instructions.Ensure distribution information is up to date and compliant in accordance with investor and fund management instructions.Prepare and review FATCA/CRS reporting and file with relevant authorities.Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests as required by clients.Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.Desired Skills and Experience Prior Investor Services or client relations experience is required.Knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities, and constant change.Ability to allocate time effectively and manage tight deadlines.Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.Familiarity with Canadian, Cayman, and Bermuda regulatory requirements is an asset.Strong knowledge of MS Office.Must be fluent in English.Bilingual (French/English) verbal and written communication skills are a plus.Why Pinnacle Fund Services?
