You will play a crucial role in generating new investors, encouraging them to invest more, and increasing the frequency of investments in projects on their platform. Your primary focus will be on growing the investment pool in the Spanish market and expanding the investor base.Responsibilities: Generate leads through various channels and actively reach out to investors of all types (individuals, institutions, venture capitalists, etc.).Build strong relationships with existing and potential investors to ensure continued engagement and investment.Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials that drive investor interest and participation.Conduct presentations, webinars, and other events to educate potential investors about the benefits of investing in life sciences projects.Provide feedback to the leadership team on investor insights and market demands to drive platform enhancements.Requirements: Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Professional English language skills.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the finance or investment industry, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.Strong network and connections in the Spanish investment community, including individuals, institutions, and venture capitalists.Comfortable generating leads and actively reaching out to potential investors through various channels.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.Knowledge of the life sciences industry and an understanding of investment opportunities in the sector.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to adapt to evolving market dynamics.Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools to manage leads and track performance.Benefits: On offer is a competitive salary package with performance-based incentives, an opportunity to work with cutting-edge life sciences projects, and a collaborative and innovative work environment
