They are looking for a Manager in M&A and Business Development to join their office based in Madrid, Spain.What the job involvesLead the analysis of M&A transactions and manage transaction work streams, including valuation, due diligence, and creation of investment memorandumsManage due-diligence activities, including coordinating the work and milestones of external parties and the internal team assigned to the dealEstablished track record in originating deals and having an existing network is advantageousMaintain relationships with key stakeholders to develop a growing pipeline of potential opportunitiesManage and guide analysts in the teamWho we are looking forA professional with experience in originating and closing transactions in the renewable industryEager to work in a lean and flat organisation and have the interpersonal skills to manage horizontally within the company and on transaction teamsEnthusiastic about contributing to a fast growing, hardworking and dynamic organisationFlexible to travel when required for a transactionFluent in English, any additional languages are advantageousA degree from a top university preferably with a master's degree in finance, business, or equivalent
