They are looking for a Manager in M&A and Business Development to join their office based in Madrid, Spain. What the job involves Lead the analysis of M&A transactions and manage transaction work streams, including valuation, due diligence, and creation of investment memorandums Manage due-diligence activities, including coordinating the work and milestones of external parties and the internal team assigned to the deal Established track record in originating deals and having an existing network is advantageous Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to develop a growing pipeline of potential opportunities Manage and guide analysts in the team Who we are looking for A professional with experience in originating and closing transactions in the renewable industry Eager to work in a lean and flat organisation and have the interpersonal skills to manage horizontally within the company and on transaction teams Enthusiastic about contributing to a fast growing, hardworking and dynamic organisation Flexible to travel when required for a transaction Fluent in English, any additional languages are advantageous A degree from a top university preferably with a master's degree in finance, business, or equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr
