In the frame of our continuous growth and expansion, ADEPA is looking for an Investment/ Portfolio Analyst with main focus in liquid instruments and UCITS MAIN TASKS The function of this role will be to work within the team of the Investment Management Department. More particularly the role will involve: Review of new investment proposals and existing portfolios of assets held by the UCITS managed Main focus will be the management of liquid structures and portfolios including credit analysis and performance Performing pre-trade compliance checks on investment recommendations mainly for UCITS Developing and maintaining our Order Management System (OMS), including and not limited to: -Stress test on model portfolio and investment compliance rules; -Securities creation & daily reconciliation; -Order routing; -Middle office tasks and back office support; -Various improvements for the OMS: SWIFT, FIX, connection to other counterparties internally and externally; Perform regular updates and reporting to the governance bodies of the Management Company and the Funds Boards Identifying opportunities for simplification and streamlining of processes Acting as primary contact for delegates of funds like Investment Advisors and Managers, Depositary Banks, Brokers, Transfer Agent, Service Providers QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Master in finance or equivalent, or experience as Portfolio Analyst or in Portfolio Management Work experience in a similar position will be valued Knowledge of investment funds and financial products Fluent in English, any other European language (Spanish or Italian) is a plus Advanced knowledge of MS Office SOCIAL SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow instructions, set priorities and respect deadlines Constant focus on quality and client service Excellent team player Proactive and good sense of initiative Dynamic, positive, open-minded, dynamic and long-term thinking We offer interesting salary package related to your experience and skills.
