Investment Associate

Job title: Investment Associate Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain (Hybrid) The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading Renewable Energy Developer.
They are currently looking for an Investment Associate to join their team on a hybrid working model in London, UK.
Key Responsibilities: Design, create and analyse financial models to evaluate potential corporate development initiatives Employ "Project Finance" grade cash flow modelling techniques Assist/lead in the process of evaluation of new investment opportunities from origination to full execution Develop and update PowerPoint presentations supporting the project development process, investment decision-making process and/or our communications with external stakeholders Be involved in the due diligence processes Build and maintain a network of contacts in the offshore wind energy space Experience: 3-6 years experience working in renewable energy corporate finance and/or business development roles as part of an investment fund, advisory firm or renewable energy IPP or Utility Excellent financial modelling skills within offshore wind (other renewable technologies would be considered) Experience in the negotiation of project financing, M&A transactions, power purchase agreements and/or EPC contracts How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and interest in the role to Samantha Ma ( ****** ) #J-18808-Ljbffr
