Your proactive, diligent, and focused way of working helps us to further improve the way we generate value for our clients.If you are passionate about what you do and have a positive can-do attitude, then we are your employer.Your RoleAs an Investment Accounting & Reporting Associate Director, your main responsibilities will include:Responsibility for our different asset classes.Preparing local globally accepted accounting principles/statutory and quarterly IFRS financial statements.Quality assurance of the quarterly variance analysis supporting the group IFRS reporting.Preparing analytic reports including all comments for the CIOs and CFOs.Resolving operational day-to-day problems referred from other functions of the business, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service when providing procedural advice and/or information.Overseeing and coordinating the balance sheet reconciliation process in accordance with group internal control guidelines.Your Skills and ExperienceAs an Investment Accounting & Reporting Associate Director, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting.Knowledge of investment products.5 or more years of experience in a related field.Understanding of finance and accounting operations.Good knowledge and practical working experience with international IFRS as well as local globally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirements.Good knowledge in insurance accounting matters is preferred.Fluent written and spoken German and English.
