If you are highly motivated, adept at managing multiple tasks, and exhibit a proactive, diligent, and focused work ethic, we would be thrilled to welcome you to our team.Your roleAs an Investment Accounting & Reporting Associate Director your main responsibilities will involve:Oversee end-to-end procedures for various asset classes within our alternative investment service.Prepare both local and international accounting principles/statutory and quarterly IFRS financial statements.Ensure the quality of the quarterly variance analysis that supports group IFRS reporting.Develop analytic dashboards, inclusive of all comments for the local CRM (Customer Relationship Management) of your client.Resolve operational issues from other business functions, ensuring efficient, high-quality service when providing procedural advice and/or information.Your Skills and ExperienceAs an Investment Accounting & Reporting Associate Director your skills and qualifications will ideally include:A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting.Familiarity with Alternative Investment products.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.Comprehensive understanding of finance, accounting, and operations.Proficiency in international IFRS as well as local globally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirements.Experience in alternative investment accounting and affiliate and associate accounting matters is preferred.Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German proficiency is a plus.What we offer?As well as a competitive salary and a yearly bonus we offer:Wide range of internal and external trainings.Free English and Spanish classes depending on the needs.Ticket restaurant.Life Insurance.Pension Plan.Referral bonus if you bring other talented people like you.Special banking and insurance conditions.Primary work location is Barcelona, Via Augusta.
