Join our Transportation, Logistics Compliance team (TRC), partnering with Amazon's Transportation & Logistics leaders to identify and mitigate risk in a rapidly growing and complex, global environment. The objective of the TRC team is to support all transportation business units operate in line with Amazon policies and country-specific regulations. Amazon's TRC team identifies and mitigates risk in a rapidly growing and complex, global environment. To support the business, our primary mission is to perform independent and objective risk-based assessments of Amazon business partners' and business units' activities and related controls with the goal of improving operations compliance through effective risk management. Key Job Responsibilities: Autonomously conduct complex deep dive investigations on sensitive and high-severity escalations across the transportation businesses that could pose a risk to Amazon, our customers, or others. Ensure high quality root cause analysis to allow adequate recommendations on corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Meeting various SLAs depending on the type of escalation, including non-executive escalations and executive escalations. Work with cross-functional teams for collaboration on investigations. Communicating identified issues clearly, concisely, and consistently (verbal and written) to all stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor's degree. Excellent written and oral Spanish and English communication skills. Experience in investigations or escalation handling. 5+ years of Audit, Risk and/or Compliance experience preferably in operations, transportation, logistics industry. Performing analysis of data from a variety of sources to identify possible risk indicators, and partnering with internal stakeholders to drive root cause analysis. Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematic and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment. Preparing clear, concise and well-structured reports in a timely manner and presenting results effectively and with confidence to relevant internal stakeholders. Ability to work effectively against tight deadlines and in a quickly changing risk environment. Advanced excel knowledge to support data analysis and reporting of escalation metrics. Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different organizations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
