In this role, you will deep dive a series of events leading to the escalation, actions taken to mitigate the issue prior to the escalation, provide a case summary, and work with stakeholders responsible and accountable to close out corrective and preventive action plans.Key Job Responsibilities Autonomously conduct complex deep dive investigations on sensitive and high-severity escalations across the transportation businesses that could pose a risk to Amazon, our customers, or others.Ensure high quality root cause analysis to allow adequate recommendations on corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.Meeting various SLAs depending on the type of escalation, including non-executive escalations and executive escalations.Work with cross-functional teams for collaboration on investigations.Communicating identified issues clearly, concisely, and consistently (verbal and written) to all stakeholders
