TRC is seeking a high-performing Investigation/Escalation Manager, Europe to join the team to manage critical and high impact escalations. In this role, you deep dive a series of events leading to the escalation, actions taken to mitigate the issue prior to the escalation, provide a case summary, and work with stakeholders responsible and accountable to close out corrective and preventive action plans.Key job responsibilities- Autonomously conduct complex deep dive investigations on sensitive and high-severity escalations across the transportation businesses that could pose a risk to Amazon, our customers, or others.- Ensure high quality root cause analysis to allow adequate recommendations on corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.- Meeting various SLAs depending on the type of escalation, including non-executive escalations and executive escalations.- Work with cross-functional teams for collaboration on investigations.- Communicating identified issues clearly, concisely, and consistently (verbal and written) to all stakeholders.- Deliver high-quality escalation reports that are effectively written with practical, actionable, and value-added recommendations.- Drive standardization of processes, identify and communicate risks and develop controls.- Use a combination of tools and data sources to conduct investigations.- Willingness to travel up to 50%
