Looking for a biomedical engineer or similar with expertise in biomedical data analysis and medical image processing for a medical imaging project called ClinicBrain in the Valencia area (Spain) at MIALAB (https://mialab.webs.upv.es/).
ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the development of research tasks related to the #clinicBrain project.Design, implement and optimize experiments for the clinical validation of medical image analysis tools.Process and analyze data, collaborating closely with other team members.Contribute to the preparation of research proposals, scientific publications, and presentations at conferences.RequirementsAcademic training: Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or related areas.Experience in programming with Python/Matlab/R.Knowledge of specific tools and libraries for the visualization and analysis of magnetic resonance images.Languages: Upper-intermediate level of English, especially for reading and scientific writing.We offer a 2-year contract with the possibility of an extension.
