Available locations: - Kraków, Poland- Madrid, Spain Your role: Tactical planning activities (Demand forecasting in coordination with Product Management team or Sales, Production leveling and capacity Management or Inventory Management at Material level) Developing and executing a capacity and supply planning strategy Establish and improve key performance metrics Bringing an understanding of contemporary best practices in supply chain/planning management with an ability to coach and develop others Creating forecasting models that integrate historical data and sales inputs for proactive long-term capacity planning and optimal resource allocation Building and automating efficient and reliable data pipelines and dashboards related to Demand and Inventory Planning Participate or lead end-to-end Supply Chain, Operations and Production improvement projects Implementing or improving existing processes Your background: Solid knowledge of standard end-to-end planning processes (Supply Chain certifications i.E
