The Inventory Performance Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory performance across various Therapeutic areas for the GenMed GBUs (with total value of some 3.5 Billion Euros).
This role involves the development & implementation of dashboards and performance tracking tools, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy and consistency , support decision-making processes, and contribute to the automation of reporting and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) operations.
Main responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Oversee the deployment of PowerBI visualization tools for GenMed inventory data.
Participate in defining an effective and straightforward inventory review methodolog y, focusing on data modeling of different nodes.
Contribute to the strategic planning for inventory management .
Performance Management
Manage GenMed GBU Supply Chain performance updates and reports .
Track KPIs to support performance monitoring , identifying top offenders and drivers for off-target results.
Drive improvement in performance through data analysis and support for different GBU meetings.
Decision Support
Integrate a decision support tool for the GenMed perimeter.
Ensure tool integration with various stakeholders, including SC Product Leaders and SC Product Planners.
Provide input to stakeholders across organization to ensure informed decision-making to meet key company KPI performance indicators (OTIF, FG inventory policy, service level fulfillment).
Documentation & Processes
Produce technical documentation required for the PowerBI toll of GenMEd.
Establish processes for the tools implemented , including user manuals and update guidelines.
Work towards and contribute to the continuous improvement of the IBP process , simplifying and enhancing its value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Facilitate activities across TA heads and Product Leaders to ensure standardization and harmonization within GenMed GBU team .
Engage with different stakeholders and participate in relevant meetings to ensure pre- meeting alignment and readiness.
Support the automation of reporting and IBP operations.
Other Responsibilities
Respond to specific needs of the IBP Supply Chain team for the GenMed scope.
Ensure optimization by collaborating closely with the Center of Excellence (CoE).
Align with the company's AI ambitions to enhance inventory management and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, inventory management, or a related role.
Proficiency in Pow erBI and data visualization tools .
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data-driven analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .
Experience with decision support tools is a plus.
Knowledge of IBP processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
