Its products, solutions and services are available in more than 100 countries.The Inventory Management & SO&P Analyst will assist in managing the company's inventory across various brands and business units. They will support the development and implementation of inventory strategies and ensure alignment with operational goals and the correct communication and follow up of actions or decisions in the S&Op cycle.Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesSupports the development of the inventory management governanceAssists in proposing, designing, and managing initiatives to optimize the company's global inventory (end-to-end, from raw materials in manufacturing plants to finished goods in the distribution network)Analyses the inventory impact of all relevant events, as part of the Sales and Operation PlanningContributes to the reporting and evolution of relevant KPIsEnsures the accurate communication of KPIsMonitors and analyzes inventory data to identify potential improvements and required actionsFacilitates discussions and follows up on action points in the S&OP cycle.Supports the S&OP analysis, scenario planning and business cases.Requirements neededEducation and experienceBachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, commercial and/or business administration2+ years of business experience in related fields (e.g., supply chain, logistics, distribution, WH management)Fluent with inventory management concepts & interdependencies within supply chainsKnowledge about financial basics and inventory-related KPIsExperience in data analyticsExperience with supply chain systems and digital solutionsFluent in English spoken and written; other languages are an asset (ES/DE/FR/PT)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
