The Inventory Management & SO&P Analyst will assist in managing the company's inventory across various brands and business units.
They will support the development and implementation of inventory strategies and ensure alignment with operational goals and the correct communication and follow up of actions or decisions in the S&OP cycle.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities Supports the development of the inventory management governance Assists in proposing, designing, and managing initiatives to optimize the company's global inventory (end-to-end, from raw materials in manufacturing plants to finished goods in the distribution network) Analyses the inventory impact of all relevant events, as part of the Sales and Operation Planning Contributes to the reporting and evolution of relevant KPIs Ensures the accurate communication of KPIs Monitors and analyzes inventory data to identify potential improvements and required actions Facilitates discussions and follows up on action points in the S&OP cycle.
Supports the S&OP analysis, scenario planning and business cases.
Requirements needed Education and experience Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, commercial and/or business administration 2+ years business experience in related fields (e.g., supply chain, logistics, distribution, WH management) Fluent with inventory management concepts & interdependencies within supply chains Knowledge about financial basics and inventory-related KPIs Experience in data analytics Experience with supply chain systems and digital solutions Fluent English spoken and written, other languages are an asset (ES/DE/FR/PT) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
