Sound interesting?Then come and join our global team as Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) Sales Manager Spain (f/m/d) to be responsible for ensuring successful clinical adoption of the Siemens Healthineers intracardiac echocardiography products and supporting the overall internal and external training for intracardiac echocardiography.You are responsible for:* Responsible to drive the sales of Siemens Healthineerscatheters portfolio in the assigned territory and area.* Support the market development in the structural heart area through strategic targeting.* Proactively drive data-driven account targeting and opportunity identification with Sales Leadership, Marketing using available analytical tools.* Collaborate with internal teams such as, operations, finance and marketing teams as well as external stakeholder to facilitate and navigate through the complex sales process.* To understand the specific customer needs and strategically work on creating value propositions and innovative business models.* To conduct initial clinical training and education to customers.* Close engagement with the existing and potential accounts to lead the gathering of voice of the customer feedback.* Building and maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders of Key Accounts.* Maintain expertise in the clinical use of all intracardiac echocardiography products in electrophysiology and structural heart markets including competitive landscapeRequirements:* Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences or similar field* Several years of sales or related experience in the medical device business preferably in Cardiology and/or structural heart.* A successful track record in account management and reaching sales targets.* Strong clinical knowledge in the field of (interventional) cardiology, structural heart and a strong desire to increase the clinical knowledge base and become the Product Expert within your assigned geography.* Track record of success working within a matrixed organizational environment.* Ability to manage stakeholders; which includes communicating, influencing, and providing comprehensive solutions.* Fluency in English.* Ability for travel (80%)Who we are:We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
