- Formar parte de un Global Team dando soporte directo al/la Sales&Staffing Director.
- Preparar y analizar KPI de ventas.
- Acompañar y motivar al Sales Team
- Búsqueda activa de nuevos canales de adquisición del talento.
- Gestión y organización de los equipos:

- Calendario de disponibilidad
- Gestionar la base de datos de equipos back up para cubrir bajas
- Analizar y comunicar los incentivos salariales

- Perfil analítico, organizado, proactivo y con ganas de aprender.
- Idiomas: español, inglés y catalán.
