Administrative Assistant Trainee you will
Management of Excel databases
Use of internal Qplant software for reporting
Updating and modification of internal databases
Support to the department in administrative tasks, support in health and safety campaigns...
You might be the one we are looking for if
You are a recent college graduate
You are recognized for your judgement, problem-solving skills and responsibility
You have basic knowledge of English
Good knowledge of Office pack (Excel mainly)
