We serve urban mobility projects throughout their life cycle, from the installation of new vertical transport equipment to their review, maintenance, and modernization.Qué esperamos: The Health and Safety (H&S) Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in the transformation inside the H&S Department and the organization as a whole, being responsible for supporting leadership decision-making needs by maintaining systems and creating insightful reports/dashboards through various platforms. Responsibilities include:Maintaining internal safety systemsDeveloping new reports in PBI or similarMaintaining existing reportsTroubleshooting & supporting end-users to better navigate through the reports and systemsAssessing data requirements to enable new report creationYour Tasks:You will support the Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) department of the TK Elevator Business Unit Europe/Africa (BU EA).You will assist in the implementation of initiatives and tools such as the new OSH IT tool "Process Map" and "PowerBI".You will help consolidate and continuously analyze OSH KPIs to identify trends & areas for targeted improvements.You will be responsible for maintaining the OSH SharePoint based on input from the OSH community and other stakeholders.You will support the development and implementation of strategic OSH projects.You will support the OSH team as needed with administrative tasks, such as documentation of analytical results and reporting.A quién buscamos: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems, or similar field. You are an enrolled student, ideally in a field related to IT Systems or occupational health and safety. You have acquired initial knowledge of IT and, desirably, occupational health and safety management systems and standards. You have analytical thinking skills and well-developed research skills to conduct trend analysis. You have a high level of independence, sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently. You have experience in using MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI)
