International Tax Manager Reporting directly to the Sr Director, Tax, the International Tax Manager will collaborate and advise on aspects of International and specific company tax, be responsible for transfer pricing and Pillar 2 compliance and assist/manage tax controversy. This position will collaborate and work closely with the Treasury team and Finance team. The role requires a solid understanding of tax accounting, transfer pricing and international tax expertise. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain transfer pricing documentation for group companies including monitoring intercompany transactions and identifying opportunities to enhance transfer pricing settings. Review GAAP and non-GAAP statutory tax provisions. Support non-US tax audits. Research tax-related issues and analyze the tax effects of proposed transactions, including reorganizations, acquisitions, and divestitures. Monitor and evaluate tax legislation and provide advice on tax issues. Manage external advisers for outsourced tax compliance. Manage OECD Pillar 2 tax compliance as well as calculations required. Support Tax Director in tax planning/strategy initiatives and analysis. Experience: Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA/Chartered Accountant is desirable. 6 years international tax compliance; experience in public accounting or with a multinational corporation, preferred. Skills and Abilities: Experience with SAP and ONESOURCE Tax Provision a plus. Understanding of BEPS and OECD Developments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple levels of an organization. Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment with a wide diversity of colleagues. Continuous improvement mindset and ability to function independently with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
