We are building a company where everyone is welcome!Your Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesIssuance of FoS Master policies and invoices mirroring the original Master policy issued by the Producing Country. Manage a portfolio of FoS Master contracts assigned, being the point of contact for the Underwriters in the Producing Countries on assigned customers.Handle specific requests from Underwriting by reviewing service plan requests, determining the feasibility of requests, and implementing customer-focused service solutions.Attend meetings and monitor business decisions made at meetings to ensure each decision is acted upon in accordance with the outcome of the meeting.Provide customer-specific solution management in resolving complaints or handling other service-related challenges.Maintain fluent communication with the main Producing Countries to assure the service expected is met and their needs are fulfilled.Maintain fluent interaction with Customers and Brokers of FoS Master contracts where needed.Participation in Market-facing activities to enhance and promote Customer Service.Through adherence to the guidelines, and with a mindset of continuous improvement, deliver optimal service to the Customers.Monitor, improve and follow up cash flow and cash management according to the guidelines established.Frame escalations when needed to assure excellent delivery within the network as well as create a learning organization and share best practices.Follow up on data quality in local systems as well as global systems. Deliver on clean-up actions stated in Quality Assurance Reports.Participate in training activities for new joiners and support them as a buddy until they are completely trained. Act as a deputy of her/his colleagues when needed.Participate in projects and initiatives on outsourcing, automation, and efficiency gains.How Do You Know You Fit In?Don't worry, we are not asking you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements:
