Tasks: Managing various and complex projects in a multi-vendor environment while ensuring good monitoring of scope, budget, and timing.Maintaining active and open communication with all internal and external stakeholders.Keeping multiple project teams on track.Creating a positive and collaborative environment with quality and client experience as key points.Guiding and supporting pre-sales processes as the project manager, engaging with customers in a pragmatic and professional manner.Reporting to the client and internally.Setting up international project governance and steering.Adapting flexibly to potential changes in projects and steering on mitigation actions.Assessing project changes impact (scope, time, resources, pricing) and proposing and managing corrective actions.Monitoring project costs and revenue.Contributing to improvements in existing implementation processes.Cooperating with and transferring to service delivery and key account managers.Acting as an ambassador for the project methodology within and outside SD Worx. Profile: You have a master's degree or equivalent through experience.You have at least 12 years of working experience, of which 8 years in an international environment as a Program Manager.You have experience in the roll-out of various international projects.You have experience with change management.You have experience with project methodology for implementation processes in HR and Payroll.Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Dayforce is an advantage.You possess strong leadership abilities and people skills.You are a forceful communicator with necessary persuasiveness.You are professional, organizational, and results-oriented.You are commercially-minded and customer-friendly.You are fluent in English; any other language is an advantage.You are flexible, including with regard to international travel.
