Based in Barcelona, the candidate is expected to travel approximately 50% of the time to various countries within the region. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with distributors and clients, and expanding our market share.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development: Identify and grow business opportunities with new and existing clients in Eastern Europe, including markets such as Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, and others.Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Eastern European market, aligned with global business objectives.Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, architects, installers, and end clients to boost brand awareness and drive product adoption.Travel: Travel across the region (up to 50% of the time) to meet clients, attend trade shows, conduct market research, and ensure business growth.Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitive analysis to the Export Director and Deputy General Manager.Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, product presentations, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Logistics to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 3-5 years of proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably within the sun protection, textile, or related industries.Languages: Fluent English is required.
